Our advisory board is comprised of a renowned Doctor, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and a Certified Exercise & Fitness coach. Our team of professionals are here to advise us and to support you via eBooks, e-mails, coaching videos, etc.
Dr. Ben Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Ben received his Doctorate of Physical therapy, graduating with honour, from the world-renowned D’Youville College. He is licensed to practice in the US and Canada and also holds multiple certifications in the fields of pain management, nutrition and weight loss.
Matt Senior Nutritionist Matthew is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who is very passionate about helping people achieve homeostasis (balance) in their body through diet and lifestyle changes and eventually helping people get back to living optimally healthy lives. Matthew is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with First Class Honours and has completed certification courses in Clinical Iridology and Bioenergetics Intolerance Elimination.

Ken is a Certified Personal Training Specialist with over 5 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry. His Personal Training Certificate from the University of Guelph allows him to help clients navigate the most effective path to achieve their goals. Aided by his numerous certificates such as CANFIT PRO Personal Training, CANFIT PRO Fascia, Movement and Assessment, Anatomy of a Workout Program Design, TRX qualification and the like -- Ken is able to provide the Optimal support and guidance to all who aspire to take the journey to Healthy Habits & better health.
