If too sticky and hard to remove:

1) This issue is commonly caused by dry skin. We suggest you bathe your feet or body in warm water for at least 10 minutes, then apply lotion approximately 30 minutes prior to pad application to the feet/body area where you plan to apply the pads. You can wear socks over the pad to hold it in place if it loses too much stickiness.

2) Or—Press the adhesive side of the adhesive strip against bedsheets, pants or other non-fuzzy fabric for a second or two, then remove. Apply the herbal pad to the adhesive strip and apply snugly to your skin. You can wear socks over the pad & plaster to hold it in place if it loses too much stickiness.

3) If it is still difficult to remove, apply a hot wet soapy washcloth to the area and rub. This step is also helpful to remove the sticky residue left on the skin from the lymph pulled from the body.

If not sticky enough:

1) You can wear socks over the pad to hold it in place. Or a band-aid or medical tape will work too.
